High-end CGI-production for the Rolls Royce CoSy Configurator – all models, worldwide.
Latest state-of-the-art CGI technology and expertise to perfectly reflect high-quality products.
Our job: Acting as a key strategic production partner for BMW Group CSEU and roll-out master for the consistent realization of communication throughout all BMW CSEU-markets.
The Always-On and campaign approach involves centralized adaptation creation and production that goes hand in hand with clear, efficient workflows. One-source production for ideal results: various formats and language versions for all CSEU markets.
Multiple formats and standards. Our vast experience allows us to handle even the largest campaigns.
With our Full Service Production Unit we provided all motion, photo and digital material for this integrated campaign with an emphasis on audiovisual content. Within 15 shooting days we produced various content starring 35 real Bayer employees as testimonials. The content was played out in several formats and standard via TV, Online, Social Media, OOH and Print.
The main focus on producing the biggest brand campaign Bayer Germany launched within the last years was to setup an integrated production process that creatively and structurally reflects the core of the campaign, the drive of the real employees of the client. All assets were produced within one work flow, where several former individual film, photo and postproductions were consolidated under one roof. We created synergies in content development and in the production process to optimize budgets and the creative setup.
All deliveries as well as various production parts (location scouting, casting) were provided to be used for all following campaigns.
All assets were delivered in various formats and standards.
For this international product campaign, we provided a variety of assets with a large number of adaptions for various languages.
Starting with concept, through design and animation we prepared a variety of campaign assets showing different MINI models. We created various formats like videos and animations dedicated to selected models of MINI in different languages.
For a global launch of Huawei we produced various online campaign assets in 3 different languages.
We designed and developed banners, rich media campaigns and mobile campaigns with a large diversity of formats. We prepared interesting and artistic key visuals and animation for several dozens of placements.
Multiple formats and standards.
Together we developed a globally standardized, state-of-the-art newsletter template technology: responsive and text-based templates.
With the help of automatized, personalized, global and regional content we created highly relevant, personalized one-on-one communication. The challenge of this project: building and maintaining a system that works for 104 countries, 16 languages and 130 internal users at Lufthansa.
For the Schaeffler Group we developed an enterprise portal solution based on SAP Commerce.
The challenge was to take over and complete the REPXPERT workshop portal platform from a previous service provider, integrate complex web services and internationalization and deliver within a very tight go live deadline.
We integrated various components such as a loyalty program, intelligent search engine and a new Content Management System for editorial maintenance.
Based on industry know-how and acquired client trust we provided significant expert development to the REPXPERT portal to produce a product that benefits Schaeffler and its user base on a daily basis.
The result: Individual portal solution for 25 countries in 16 languages. The No. 1 online portal for independent workshops in Germany with over 165,000 registered users.
Our challenge was the relaunch of the most important touchpoint for the highly mobile target group of frequent and business travelers. The app's positioning as an innovation driver contains requires state of the art technology.
To offer value as a real touchpoint that is more than a beautiful façade, we needed to anchor the app in the processes of the organization Miles & More. We have completely redeveloped the app and the surrounding content management solution. A complex IT and multi stakeholder project management, IT and innovation consulting were already in place. Conception and design were provided by a third party. Several million installations and several hundred thousand monthly active users make the Miles & More app a solid business case. We constructed a digital touchpoint which allows several hundred thousand users in 30 markets to enter a fully personalized Miles & More program in its entire bandwidth. We successfully established the Miles & More app as an innovation driver and first mover for innovative and organizationally demanding cases (such as location based offerings like GPS, BLE, NFC)
The challenge lay in aggregating the different, simultaneously grown systems into one integrative web platform. The system landscape turned out to be very complex with highly diverse APIs, payment methods and providers.
We coordinated many providers hired by the client and communicated our goal to them. We developed the new platform while maintaining the old system in parallel. During the relaunch we aimed at consolidating the system landscape and making it viable for the future. Exact monitoring, load balancing and failover concepts for all systems were crucial. Our tasks consisted of status analysis, technical conception and implementation. We controlled the overall project and provided consultancy to the client. We set up an agile project and intensely involved the client as product owner. The relaunch significantly enhanced the customer journey and consequently the holistic user experience. Our result was a fully responsive website, based on a system platform viable for the future with a high degree of personalization. The site ranks highly and has a fine-granular tracking which results in a measurably better conversion.
Working for Motorola we were responsible for preparing various digital banners, newsletters and the adaptation of Motorola’s blog.
With every launch of a new Motorola smartphone we produced newsletters created for respective target groups and languages in United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy and Germany. We created lots of static and html banners in various formats for the German, Italian and French market. We adapted Motorola’s blog by preparing translations and new creations for the German market.
